A Jacksonville, Florida native, Larry Jones launched his real estate career in 2005 as a Registered Trainee Appraiser and quickly advanced to become a State-Certified Appraiser. That foundation in valuation shaped the culture of Superstar Realty and Appraisals—precision, ethics, and results.
As the Principal Broker and Owner/President, Larry leads a full-service, Black-owned brokerage and appraisal firm recognized for its professionalism, market expertise, and client-first approach. The “Superstar” name reflects Larry’s belief that average isn’t enough. Within a year of opening his appraisal practice, he earned the trust of five local mortgage offices and more than ten national banks.
Today, under Larry’s leadership, Superstar Realty and Appraisals helps buyers, sellers, and investors navigate changing markets with confidence—pairing expert pricing and valuation with strategic marketing, skilled negotiation, and smooth, concierge-level transactions.
