Transaction Fee Breakdown

Are there transaction or monthly fees?
Yes, there is a small flat transaction fee that helps cover broker services, marketing support, and in-office resources. But we keep it simple and fair—no surprise charges or junk fees. You’ll always know exactly where your money is going.

Mentorship Opportunities

Is training or mentorship available?
Yes! New agents can opt into our mentorship track for hands-on support. You’ll also have access to weekly trainings, live workshops, and a library of marketing tools and templates. Whether you’re brand-new or leveling up, we’re here to help.

What kind of broker support can I expect?
Direct access to our broker, Larry Jones Jr., and partner Doug Lawson is just a call or text away. You won’t get lost in a sea of agents—we keep communication open, responsive, and agent-first. You’ll also have access to a transaction coordinator and admin resources when you need them most.
